FauxNoise gets the big SNUB

Obama snubbed FauxNoise and wouldn't let the weasely Chris Wallace tag along. Can I hear a big, Nelson-styled "Ha, ha"! The Colbert Report covered it, as well.

That must have put the whiney Chris Wallce (does his dad actually acknowledge him as a son?) in a super temper-tizzy. After all, FauxNoise doesn't really offer "reporting," only propaganda. Media Matters always documents it well. When you see it all compacted like that, it's crazily unbelievable.

As if that weren't embarassing enough for the week, while doing a story on how the high gas prices are gonna cost YOUR kid his/her edumacation, they misspelled "education".

Well. That's less of an affront than the norm, when they mislabel politicians' parties when they don't like what they have to report about them.

Saturday, July 26, 2008 - Here's an update!

Nas, the rapper, delivered petitions against FauxNoise's rampant use of racism in its reporting containing 620,000 signatures to FauxNoise. But they refused them. How very un-American (and typical). In any case, Steven Colbert devoted much of his show to Nas and it's worth a watch, as is Nas' delivery of said petition.

Watch it here:

Petition signatures delivered by Nas, and on Colbert!

There's plenty of evidence why certain "media" outlets should be ignored. The people at Media Matters have their hands full sorting through all the bullshIt. Faux Noise and all the rest of the propaganda pukes have edited their transcripts and been caught at it, it's hilarious.

The reason neocons get all upset with liberals is the fact that they so seldom get laid. They take their frustrations out on other women because the wife would divorce them in a second. Women must hate guys who work in an office all day, then come home and plant their fat, hairy asses in front of a computer. What a poor excuse for a man. Pathetic.

Greco-Roman, indeed, I'm wondering when Carly actually spends time with his family? He spends hours upon hours trying to impress me with his odd links and begging me to come over to his blog. It's sorta sad though watching his meltdown. I would feel bad for him but he's too big an asshole to evoke any sympathy.

Hey Helen, what'd ya think about CBS editing it's interview with McCain? Truly proves once again that our media is controlled and we can't believe anything that they say for they will tweak it to make it look like something else if it suits their needs. We're scewed...

HelenWheels Wednesday, July 23, 2008 6:15:00 PM

Bradda, CBS really fucked up. That is so grotesquely stupid... letting McLame say that Obama WANTS to lose the Iraq War? It's so stupid it boggles the mind. McSame is so desperate to get the focus off Obama's trip that he can't even think straight... and neither can his handlers. They are really screwing themselves. Right now they are tearing McLame's idiotic comments apart on Dan Abrams' show.

Did you see the story on that control freak named Fritzl, on Abrams? Maybe internet stalking is what's keeping Cj's wife, kids, and Dallas area JCP shoppers safe. You gotta wonder. Goddamn creeps.

HelenWheels Wednesday, July 23, 2008 7:30:00 PM

Damn. Missed it. Switched channels to see the Simpsons. Truth be told, I can only take so much on Abrams. I like what he covers but his panel is UBER-ANNOYING. I can't stand any of those "talking heads." So, who's this Fritzl? Enlighten, please. Is it just another tired example of a Sassy? They are so stereotypical.... and creepy.

Josef Fritzl incarcerated his daughter and fathered her 7 children. He locked her up in a bunker he built while she was growing up happily. A control freak, like the JC Penney asshole who thinks he owns YOUR blog.

OH YES! I have seen the whole story before, very chilling. YES it is that incredibly dysfunctional control-freakish thinking/syndrome. I certainly hope Carly isn't a Fritzl-lite. OR WORSE! He definitely has the right psychological makeup. I know he blows a gasket whenever I post that GOPervert list from armchair subversive... Freud would have a field day. Decent people don't get angry that that list is up, they get angry AT the perverts who did the shit. Not Sassy. He gets mad at me for posting it! Like he himself has somehow been cyber-outed!

Disturbing. Ugh. Now I'm doubly glad I changed the channel on Abrams tonight.

Hey, Helen. Yeah you with the eyes. I just took this from C&L. It's a petition asking Faux to stop with their racism. Pass it on.

BTW, it's good to see a liberal woman stand up to a misogynist. Good on you. It's your damn blog. He needs to learn YOUR rules of commenting, which are much fairer than his own.

HelenWheels Thursday, July 24, 2008 4:57:00 PM

Hey thanks for the link! Yup. No more misogynistic spamming allowed!

Did you see Nas on Colbert last night? That was SO cool, the protest he did w/the boxes full of petitions against FauxNoise. Holy shit! Talk about my post being timely.

Ha!

Greco-Roman Thursday, July 24, 2008 7:20:00 PM

I saw the video on C&L. I don't like rap, but I like this one. The first line is perfect for your blog and this thread:

The sly Fox, cyclops
We locked in an idiot box

Cyclops. Perfect.

I'll be adding informative links to my blog tonight. Your blog is included.

HelenWheels Thursday, July 24, 2008 7:30:00 PM

About "Just Ain't Right"

Starting in 2005 as a means to rant about things that piss me off, it quickly turned more political than anything else. If I can encourage even one person to start paying attention (who already isn't) then it will have not been in vain.
